1. Who This Applies To

These terms apply to anyone who uses the Grexion AI website (grexion.co) or engages Grexion AI for consulting, implementation, or advisory services. By reaching out or working with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Grexion AI provides AI consulting and implementation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for each engagement are agreed upon in writing — either via email, proposal, or a separate project agreement — before any work begins.

These Terms of Service apply generally. Any project-specific agreement takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.

3. Payment

• Payment terms are set out in the project proposal or agreement for each engagement.
• A deposit may be required before work begins, as specified per project.
• We reserve the right to pause work if agreed payments are not received on time.
• All fees are in USD or IDR as agreed. Taxes (if applicable) are the client's responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. This includes code, workflows, documentation, and design assets we build exclusively for you.

We retain ownership of any general-purpose frameworks, tools, or methodologies we develop independently — but you're always free to use what we build for you.

5. Confidentiality

We understand you may share sensitive business information with us. We treat everything you share as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your permission — except where required by law.

We may ask you to sign a mutual NDA for longer-term or more sensitive engagements.

6. AI Outputs & Results

We build practical, production-ready AI solutions — but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes. AI outputs are probabilistic by nature and depend on factors like your data quality, business context, and how tools are adopted by your team.

We will always be honest with you about what AI can and can't realistically do for your use case.

7. Limitation of Liability

Grexion AI's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

In plain terms: if something goes wrong, we'll work with you to fix it — but we're not responsible for losses beyond the value of the work we did.

8. Cancellation

• By the client: You may cancel an engagement with written notice. Work completed to date will be invoiced. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
• By Grexion AI: We reserve the right to decline or discontinue work if there is a fundamental mismatch in expectations, communication breakdown, or non-payment.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose or in ways that damage, disable, or impair the site. Content on this site (text, graphics, layout) belongs to Grexion AI and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through the appropriate courts in Indonesia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
